To be held on the occasion of the 211th anniversary of Taras Shevchenko`s birth.
The Austrian-Ukrainian Society and partners cordially invite you to this event!
As part of the literary program, you will find:
- reading of Shevchenko’s poems in Ukrainian and German;
- presentation of the translation of Taras Shevchenko’s poetry collection “Nun gut, es waren scheinbar Worte nur…” with the participation of Professor Alois Voldan.
You will have a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the incredibly beautiful singing of Zoryana Kushpler! A special musical program will be presented by the charming Olena and Anna Vyshnevsky. Also this evening, you will hear “Elegy in Memory of Taras Shevchenko” by Mykola Lysenko, virtuosoly performed by Anna Suray and Sofia Lozina.
