KulturCafé Gourmet: Fried knodel with egg and a salad with pumpkin seed oil
We continue our favorite show KulturCafe Gourmet and prepare a new dish this Thursday. Together with Emanuel Wernbacher we prepare fried knodel with egg and a salad with pumpkin seed oil from Styria. As last time, all questions about the preparation of this dish can be asked to the chef in person during the live broadcast.
