Talking about the war: Support for teaching activities

With a war in action on our own continent, schools also carry an important responsibility at this time. Pupils will have questions about the history of the conflict, the impact on Europe and the world, the fate of the people in Ukraine, and last but not least, many of them will understandably feel emotionally unsettled. The Viennese educational center Zentrum polis provides a variety of up-to-date dossiers and explanatory videos as well as tips for educators on how to deal with the topic of war in the classroom and is continuously adding further materials on the events.
