We start the autumn season of our KulturCafe Gourmet with a special dish.

Together with Emanuel Wernbacher we prepare a martin goose with dumplings as a side dish. As last time, all questions about the preparation of this dish can be put to the chef personally during the live broadcast. Live viewers can also win prizes from our sponsor - the City of Vienna - and cranberry jam from Austria.
