We continue our favorite show KulturCafe Gourmet and prepare a new dish this Thursday.

Together with Emanuel Wernbacher we prepare fried knodel with egg and a salad with pumpkin seed oil from Styria. As last time, all questions about the preparation of this dish can be asked to the chef in person during the live broadcast. All live viewers will also be able to win prizes from our sponsor - the City of Vienna - and a jar of pumpkin seed oil.
