"One of the most intellectual, difficult and interesting poets" Ina Hartwig
Anja Utler is a poet, essayist and translator. She was born in Schwandorf, Germany in 1973. Anja Utler studied Slavic and English philology and Speech Training in Regensburg, lived in Vienna for a long time and now lives in Leipzig. In 2003 she did her doctorate with a thesis on Russian modern poetry.
