We invite musicians, students, and teachers to join a unique masterclass by Austrian cellist, conductor, and pedagogue Jörg Zwicker, taking place in Kyiv as part of the VERE MUSIC ACADEMY program.

The masterclass offers a space for professional development, exchange, and deep immersion into historically informed performance of Baroque repertoire. Participants can apply as soloists or chamber ensembles performing Baroque suites and sonatas.

Format: closed sessions (open for professional audience listening)

Active participants will be selected based on video submissions. Applications are open until March 27, 2026, including personal information, repertoire, and YouTube video links recorded after March 1, 2025.

Selected participants and schedule will be announced 1–2 days prior to the masterclass.

Jörg Zwicker is a leading European specialist in historically informed performance. Educated in Graz, Vienna, Basel, and The Hague, he has performed internationally, recorded around 50 CDs, and combines artistic, pedagogical, and coaching expertise — helping musicians achieve peak performance and overcome stage anxiety.

This masterclass is part of a broader effort to support Ukrainian musicians and strengthen the professional music ecosystem during challenging times.
