Artists Solidarity Program Europe: music as memory, presence and future
As part of the Artists-Solidarity-Program Europe (ASoP), Ukrainian pianist and curator Anastasiia Skovliuk invites audiences to a three-part concert cycle at the mdw – University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.
The series “Reminiscence — Moment — Future from Memory” includes three concerts:

Starting at 17:30
The project explores the continuity of Ukrainian musical expression across the 20th and 21st centuries, combining solo piano and chamber works into a coherent dramaturgical narrative. Each concert creates a space for dialogue between generations of composers and audiences.
Through the themes of memory, lived experience and future continuity, the cycle reflects on music as a medium of testimony, resilience and hope. It also contributes to strengthening the visibility of Ukrainian culture within the European artistic landscape.
