youth orchestral project of academic music
This spring, the Khmelnytskyi Regional Philharmonic invites you to a special concert, “Sound of the Future” — a youth orchestral project that opens new horizons for young musicians and supports their professional development.
At the heart of the project is the Chamber Orchestra of the Khmelnytskyi Professional Music College named after Vladyslav Zaremba (artistic director — Honored Artist of Ukraine Oksana Tsmur). For these young performers, the concert is both a major artistic milestone and an opportunity to perform alongside internationally recognized musicians.
The orchestra will be conducted by Austrian maestro Parviz Yahyavi, a long-time supporter of Ukraine who actively fosters Austrian–Ukrainian cultural exchange. His mentorship and artistic vision inspire and empower the next generation of musicians.
The soloist of the evening is pianist Anfisa Bobylova, a laureate of more than 30 international competitions, currently based in Austria while maintaining strong ties to Ukraine.
The program features two complementary works:
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart — Piano Concerto No. 12 in A major, KV 414
Leoš Janáček — Idyll
These compositions reflect clarity, lyricism, and youthful vitality — a musical dialogue about hope and continuity.
“Sound of the Future” is more than a concert; it is a statement of trust in young artists and their role in shaping Ukraine’s cultural future. In times of uncertainty, such initiatives become spaces of solidarity, resilience, and inspiration.
