The works explore fragility, resistance, and empathy, addressing ecological and political realities through gestures of care and presence. Together they form a landscape of tension — between fragmentation and unity, intimacy and distance, body and environment.

Installed across three cultural venues in Lviv, the programme unfolds as a city trail, connecting artistic spaces and inviting audiences to engage with video art in public environments.

Curated by Yana Bachynska in collaboration with the Videocity team (Basel, St. Pölten), the exhibition features works by Yana Bachynska, Anna Mutschlechner-Dean, Serhii Petlyuk, Diana Derii, Transcultural Emancipation, and Erwin Wurm.

Videocity, founded in 2013 by Dr. Andrea Domesle in Basel and expanded in 2021 with Dr. Walter Seidl in St. Pölten, has grown into an international platform dedicated to video art in urban contexts. Since 2022, the initiative has actively supported Ukrainian artists, presenting their works across Europe and now in Ukraine.
