Austrian film Week 2026 in Lviv
The festival of current films from Austria will be held in Ukraine in its 14th edition.
The film review will begin on May 21 at the Kyiv cinema “Zhovten”. The event will traditionally cover the most vivid and resonant Austrian films of recent years.
The festival is organized by Österreichische Botschaft Kyjiw / Austrian Embassy in Kyiv together with the film company Arthouse Traffic “Arthouse Traffic” with the support of general partner Amic Energy.
The film festival will have a charitable component: as every year in a row, the proceeds from tickets will be doubled by AMIC ENERGY and directed to support Ukrainians. This year, the aid will go to Superhumans – a modern Ukrainian center that helps people affected by the war. It is worth noting that special screenings of films will be held at Superhumans as part of the film festival.
