The Austrian Science Fund (FWF) offers the LUKE – Ukraine programme, designed to support research projects involving Ukrainian scholars who were forced to leave their home country due to Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine.
LUKE – Ukraine (Leading Ukrainian Researchers in Exile) funds research projects across all academic disciplines hosted by Austrian research institutions in cooperation with Ukrainian researchers. The programme aims to preserve Ukraine’s scientific capacity, ensure continuity of research, and foster long-term academic cooperation between Austria and Ukraine.
