Grants for Ukrainian Artists in Austria
Austria continues to support Ukrainian artists who are seeking refuge from the war.
The Federal Ministry for Arts, Culture, the Civil Service and Sport of Austria has announced an additional €200,000 in funding for artists seeking asylum in Austria. Previously, the ministry had already provided €300,000 in support.
There are two types of funding available:
– Project funding (€5,000 per project)
– Monthly scholarship (€1,400 per month for 3 months)
Who can apply?
– Ukrainian artists fleeing the war
– Austrian cultural institutions or professionals from all art fields who support Ukrainian artists or collaborate with them on joint projects
– Austrian cultural institutions or professionals implementing artistic projects in Ukraine
How to apply:
Fill out the application form on the website of the Federal Ministry for Arts, Culture, the Civil Service and Sport and attach all required documents.
