Meeting at the Lviv university

During the conversation, the topic was the deepening of cooperation between the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with scientific and educational institutions of Austria and the implementation of joint initiatives aimed at the development of Ukrainian-Austrian cooperation.

The meeting was also attended by the Political Attaché of the Embassy of Austria in Ukraine Elias Fonmetz, the Honorary Consul of Austria in Lviv Markiyan Malsky, the Deputy Director of the Austrian Cooperation Office in Lviv Diana Popalushi, the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and International Cooperation Khrystyna Miliyanchuk, the Dean of the Faculty of International Relations Markiyan Malsky, and the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages ​​Yulia Nanyak.

Ambassador of Austria to Ukraine Robert Müller noted: “We see a great desire of Ukrainian youth to develop, receive modern education and join international programs. Our country is determined to support such initiatives, promote the exchange of knowledge and strengthen educational ties, because it is education and science that are the key to the restoration and development of Ukraine. However, it is extremely important that Ukrainian students, having gained international experience, strive to return home and build their country. And we are ready to contribute to this.”
