This publication promotes the legacy of Hans Gross — a world-renowned figure, jurist, criminologist, and founding father of modern criminalistics. From 1899 to 1902, he served as a professor (and in 1899–1900, as dean) of the Faculty of Law at the Franz Joseph University in Chernivtsi.
