Rupert Bergmann at the 2D2N festival
The annual international festival "2 days & 2nights of New Music'' in Odessa is one of the largest forums for new music in Ukraine.
It is a continuous musical performance combined with sound, video, film and multimedia installations. The festival is of particular interest to the fans of all genres of avant-garde as well as modern and postmodern music, including live electronics.
The Austrian singer Rupert Bergmann will perform at the festival together with the Ensemble Senza Sforzando Odessa.
Mini-mono-opera "The Pain and Salvation of Job"

On the first day of the festival, the mini-mono-opera "The Pain and Salvation of Job" will be premiered. The work combines texts from the Old Testament book Job and contains musical quotations from Georg Friedrich Händel and Johann Sebastian Bach.
Mini-mono-opera "Trygaeus"

The mini-mono-opera "Trygaeus" is based on the comedy "Peace" by Aristophanes. The winemaker Trygaios tells of his flight to Mount Olympus to free the goddess of peace Eirene. This work had its successful world premiere in September 2020 in Wiener Neustadt.
