The Ukrainian author Tanja Malyarchuk writes in Ukrainian and German and has already become famous in Austria, where she migrated nine years ago.
In 2016, her novel "Blauwahl der Erinnerung" was named BBC Ukrainian's Book of the Year. And in 2018, she received the prestigious Ingeborg Bachmann Award: the prize is given to authors who write in German! We talk about writing, literature awards, national identity and the image of Ukraine in Europe with Tanja Malyartschuk - this Thursday live in the KulturCafé!
